note: i need finalist list.

Tanya and Elissa, hv you guys finished all the auditions and hold the finalist list? I need them in urgent. coz i am making the final draft of the programme. Also, Tanya and Elissa you two owe me the introduction of Drama which will be included in the programme book LOL :) so gv it to me as quick as you can, juz wanna finish these scrappy works before the exam. I will find you guys tmr in recess (30th May, Fri) cya.

the draft(2)


this is the 1st draft , i will poster more poster on the blog and with coloured...

this is the 1st draft of some poster ,, some more and better will poster up on sunday.

WHAT WILL OUR GP DO NEXT......

I am the group leader,Eunice, of the group to communicate with outside...

-On the 25th of June ,our gp are going to use
the Video-Conference Room to communicate
with the Singapore school.
-We will have some special programme in that
room and let the Singapore students to watch it.
-Since we need to make the room dark ,we need
to chack are there any curtain in that room.
If not ,we will need some cloth to cover the window.
-Also ,we need to have some lighting and we need to
have some cloth to put outside the classroom that we
are going to have performance ,to let the people know
that there is a performance inside.
-So we need to measure the hight and the width
of the door of those classroom and tell Tanya
on or before Monday.
-Here are those classroom that we need to measure:
Hall
Activity Room(2 doors)
Lecture Room
Language Room
Video-Conference Room
7D Classroom
7C Classroom

HEY. Run faster, work faster and be the fastest

Dude. Our speed was suddenly got faster through today's meeting. I finally saw sth from diff ppl's opinion/work, surely, there lots of thing coming up and just have a race against time!
We can do it my dearest 2A mates! Although we are not fully involved in every single activity, but still I know we can do the best whenever deadline is soon, LOL. anywayz, keep it up and take ur next action as soon as possible, so ur work won't go in a hurry and there'll be more time for you to study the exam.
Juz do ur best and try everything hard, cuz nth impossible, impossible is nth. Be the best and we're always the best!

First Team Leader Meeting

The team leaders met with Tanya in the Language Room after school on 19th May.

Maisie - Front of House and Stage Managing

Agatha - Props and Set Dressing
Eunice - Coordinate with Singapore School in Video Conf Room

We discussed the cost of publicity material, the flow of the event, how to organise the program, souvenirs and prizes, the number of posters and invitation cards needed, who will manage the stamps, how to use the hall.

Next actions:
All budgets by this Friday (23 May). Other things Monday, Day 4.
Maisie - Mock up of Program.
Yvette - Find cost of colour photocopy/ or chose b/w copy onto nice card. draft of card.
Stephanie - contact Campus TV & who will be trained on video cameras and when, set up a flickr or picasa site for photos and videos. Budget for buying DV tapes (2 hours x ?cameras).
Mary - Will bring draft posters tomorrow (20th). Create design for workers 'backstage pass' or 'all area pass' card. Budget for 50xA3 colour posters.

Next Meeting: Friday 23rd May, Lunchtime.

2B's Freeze and Your Turn.

Did you see students from the 2B class freeze for 2 min in the playground yesterday? They were great! Next time, we should co-ordinate with the documentation team so that more people are there to watch and take photos.

There is a video on the Facebook group and I'll put it on youtube soon.

Directing the Drama Wander

Rehearsals have started! We are up and running. It was so much fun to take the pieces out of the classroom and started to 'environmentally stage' them. Cool. Nagg and Nell chose the alcove in front of the bathrooms to do their scene. So appropriate for Nagg and Nell! And wow, 'Pantalone's Body' and "Valentine's Day" are excellent scenes. Great body work.
Now we have to get our masks and props sorted (thank you team!) and keep up the flow of daily rehearsals and we will be ready to rock and roll for June 25th.
